Shipping & Delivery: All of the items ordered on Website are shipped using USPS services and are sent Priority. The items should be delivered within 5-7 business days after purchase, at a flat rate of $5.95 (unless there is a shipping promotion). International shipping to any country outside of the USA is a flat rate of $13.95, and will be shipped using the same method as listed above.
Returns & Replacements: If not satisfied, for any reason, you may receive a refund or credit. You may return all undamaged items purchased at CharlieFavour.com if you notify us by e-mail within 14 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted if there is no notification after 14 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
